Quality Manager/Officer

We are looking for a full-time Quality Manager/Officer (m/f) to start immediately who can take on the following tasks: • Development and implementation of quality management systems; • Conducting audits and inspections at production sites; • Identification and elimination of potential sources of error; • Continuous improvement of processes and procedures; • Collaboration with other departments to ensure compliance with quality standards; • Monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of implemented measures; • Development and maintenance of quality-related documentation. Requirements: • University degree in a relevant field (e.g. food technology, engineering, natural sciences); • At least 3 years of experience in quality management or a related field; • Proven expertise in the development and implementation of quality management systems; • Excellent communication and leadership skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations (e.g. HACCP, ISO 9001).
