Quality Manager (m/w/d)

The Medical Private University of Burgenland GmbH (MPUB) is in its founding phase with the goal of establishing and accrediting a pioneering university for human and dental medicine. With locations in Oberwart and Pinkafeld, we are looking to strengthen our core team by hiring a quality manager (m/w/d) with high professional and organizational competence for building and developing our quality management team. Conceptualization, implementation, and ongoing further development of quality management systems and processes; development and implementation of quality objectives and indicators; monitoring and evaluation of quality performance; continuous improvement and optimization of quality management processes; coordination and collaboration with internal stakeholders; communication and cooperation with external partners; ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards. The successful candidate will have a university degree in a relevant field (e.g., medicine, health sciences, business administration) and several years of experience in quality management or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities are essential. Proficiency in MS Office is required, knowledge of quality management software is an asset.
