Quality Manager

Tasks

• Maintenance, development, and assurance of the quality and environmental management system according to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, including this year's ISO certification renewal.
• Preliminary preparation, conduct, and accompaniment of internal and external audits (certification and customer audits).
• Processing of quality problems and complaints, e.g. through 8D reports, cause analyses, and follow-up measures.
• Contact person for customers, suppliers, and internal departments on all quality-related matters.
• Monitoring and evaluation of quality key figures (KPIs) and participation in management assessment.
• Implementation of Lean management principles in the company and participation in continuous improvement measures (CIP).
• Scholarship and sensitization of employees for quality and environmental awareness.
• Perspective: Support in expanded customer requirements, e.g. IATF-related topics.
• Closely working with Production, Pre-production, and Sales, direct reporting line to the management.
• Collaboration with Quality Leader, direct colleague, and Quality Assurance.

Qualification

• Completed technical education with further training in quality management or technical studies.
• Professional experience in quality and/or environmental management of a manufacturing company.
• Hands-on mentality and structured, pragmatic working style.
• Communication skills and assertiveness, also on the shop floor.
• Sense of responsibility and ability to drive topics independently.
• English language skills secure for customer contact, especially technical English.
• Experience with ERP systems.
