Quality Manager (m/w/d) - Drone Defense made in Germany

You want to shape quality processes for a product used by security authorities and military forces – instead of audits in interchangeable industries? At ARGUS Interception, you are responsible for the quality management of network-based C-UAS systems – made in Germany. Founded in 2023, our QM system grows with you.

Tasks

• Audits – you prepare internal and external audits according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and conduct them with the departments, setting measures consistently afterwards
• Process landscape – you ensure that quality-relevant processes remain current, applicable, and effective
• Document review – you review quality-relevant documents in tendering and project development
• Process performance & customer quality – you ensure the quality of customer-facing documents and results
• Reporting – you document quality-relevant measures and report regularly to management
• Further development – you develop quality processes together with management
• Interface to the outside world – you are a contact person for customers, authorities, suppliers, and internal departments

Qualification

• Studies – Engineering, Quality or Environmental Management or comparable qualification
• QM experience – ideally several years of quality management experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Normative security – AQAP, ISO 9001 and ISO 9100 are your working basis
• Audit practice – proven experience in audit management
• Working style – analytical, structured, solution-oriented; overview even in complex situations
• Appearance – clear communication, assertive in quality-relevant topics
• Languages – German fluent, English secure in speech and writing

About ARGUS Interception

ARGUS Interception is a 2023-founded technology company with its headquarters in Rotenburg (Wümme). With the network-based drone A1-Falke, we develop and produce minimal-invasive C-UAS systems for controlled interception of uncooperative drones – for military forces, authorities, and operators of critical infrastructure. We work in small teams with short decision-making paths and direct access to engineering and management.
