Tasks - Implementation and monitoring of quality principles and quality policy - Further development of the quality management system with a focus on practicality and future viability - Planning, support, and implementation of quality goals and strategies - Conducting training sessions for executives and employees on quality-related topics - Independent conduct of internal and external audits including preparation and follow-up - Ensuring compliance with quality requirements in daily operations, particularly in the pharmaceutical logistics area - Acting as a deputy to the technically responsible person according to regulatory guidelines, taking into account applicable GDP and GMP guidelines. Profile - Completed vocational training or degree, preferably in logistics, pharmacy, or food industry - Further education in quality management or quality assurance (mandatory) - Ideally additional qualification in GDP/GMP - Experience in communication, moderation, and process-oriented work - High assertiveness and structured working style - Very good German language skills in writing and speaking as well as good English language skills.
