Supplier Quality Manager (m/w/d)

Hamburg | Temporary Work Agency | 70,000–80,000 € per annum | up to 85,000 € for very experienced profiles

We are looking for several experienced professionals in Supplier Quality Management for an international company from a regulated technical field. The main focus is on independent audits of suppliers, tracking measures, and creating and negotiating quality assurance agreements.

Tasks

• Self-planned, prepared, and conducted supplier audits
• Documented results and tracked agreed-upon measures
• Reviewed and revised supplier documentation
• Created and negotiated quality assurance agreements
• Collaboration with Procurement, Supplier Engineering, and Supply Chain Management
• Accompanied improvement projects and evaluated quality risks

Qualification

• Tech or natural science degree or technical training with further education to technician level and relevant professional experience
• Multiple years of experience in quality management or supplier quality management
• Practical experience in independently conducting supplier audits
• Experience in a regulated production environment, for example, medical technology, pharmaceuticals, automotive, aerospace, electronics, or mechanical engineering
• Knowledge of common quality methods such as 8D, 5-Why, or FMEA
• Very good German and English skills, as well as secure communication and negotiation abilities
• Willingness to travel within Germany and the EMEA region

Auditor certification is advantageous but not necessarily required if you have reliable practical audit experience.
