Quality Manager (all genders)

Your Tasks

• You are part of the product team and are responsible for the entire quality area as well as for compliance with feed standards at Mammaly.
• You are in intensive exchange with our suppliers, conduct regular audits, and accept important productions on-site.
• You regularly analyze customer complaints and check inventory.
• Close cooperation with our teams in the warehouse and at the production site, including regular business trips for on-site meetings and coordination.
• Conduct detailed root cause analyses, investigations, and implementation of corrective actions.
• You lead quality initiatives across departments and ensure that they are implemented with your internal and external stakeholders.
• You lead the further development of internal quality assurance and quality management. Implementation and continuous improvement of quality systems in operational processes, including document management, creation of SOPs, forms, and guidelines.

Your Profile

• A completed degree in food technology, food chemistry, food process engineering, process engineering, chemical engineering, or a comparable scientific-technical field.
• Several years of professional experience in the food, pet food, supplement, or functional food industry – ideally in product development, R&D, food technology, or quality management.
• You bring practical experience in industrial manufacturing and have already accompanied production trials, sampling, or process optimizations directly on the line or together with production partners.
• You bring experience in quality assurance and quality control, ideally including laboratory analysis, complaint processing, CAPA, and release processes. You have good knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements in food or feed law.
• You bring a high willingness to travel and the flexibility to be available at short notice for on-site appointments with our partners if necessary.
• You work analytically, structured, and solution-oriented and have very good German and English skills.
