Ihre Aufgaben: Planning, implementation, and further development of the quality management system
Conducting internal audits and preparing external inspections (MDK, Home Inspection)
Training and advising employees on QM relevant topics
Dokumentation, analysis, and optimization of care and treatment processes
Bias management and continuous improvement of service quality
Ihre Qualifikation: Completed training in gerontology or healthcare
Qualification as Quality Management Representative (m/w d) or comparable
Fundamental knowledge of quality standards and legal requirements for elderly care
Communication skills, organizational talent, and structured work approach
Pleasure working in a team and high social competence
