Planning, conducting, and accompanying internal and external audits as well as processing the results of inspections
Preparation, maintenance, and guidance of the quality management manual as well as reporting to management
Conducting training measures and advising employees on all QM-relevant questions
Identifying potential for improvement and developing and implementing corresponding measures
Your qualification: Completed education in the care sector with further education in quality management
Fundamental knowledge of relevant standards, laws, and guidelines
Organizational strength and structured work
Outstanding communication and advisory skills
