Your Role
As a QM & QS Specialist (m/f/d), you ensure that our products, processes, and systems meet the highest quality standards. You are responsible for the continuous development of our quality management system, drive improvement measures, and ensure that our high-temperature heat pumps are developed, manufactured, and delivered in compliance with standards, safely, and reliably throughout their entire product lifecycle. You will work closely with Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Service, as well as our suppliers and customers, and act as the central point of contact for all quality-relevant topics.
Your Main Responsibilities Include: Responsibility for the further development, maintenance, and monitoring of the quality management system according to ISO 9001, including ensuring compliant processes and documentation Planning, execution, and follow-up of internal and external audits, as well as coordination of certification and surveillance audits Management and continuous improvement of the continuous improvement process (CIP) including document control, quality metrics, and management reporting Functioning as the central point of contact for quality assurance topics along the entire supply chain, as well as coordination of quality activities with manufacturers, suppliers, and external partners Planning, execution, and documentation of Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), End-of-Line tests, and quality-relevant tests in the internal test center Processing of complaints, conducting root cause analyses, and initiating and tracking sustainable corrective and preventive actions Creation, moderation, and maintenance of process and design FMEAs, as well as conducting risk analyses for existing and new product lines Support and guidance of CE conformity assessments, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant standards and directives Quality assurance in the area of pressure equipment and refrigeration systems, taking into account the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED), EN 378, and other relevant regulations Review of technical documentation such as P&IDs, welding documentation, and manufacturing documents with regard to quality and standard requirements Support in the electrical validation of systems and components according to EN 60204-1, as well as ensuring compliance with safety requirements Qualification, development, and evaluation of suppliers, as well as conducting supplier audits and accompanying factory acceptance inspections Close collaboration with Engineering, Purchasing, Production, and Service to ensure the highest quality standards throughout the entire product lifecycle Your Profile: Successfully completed studies in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical education with relevant professional experience Several years of professional experience in quality management and/or quality assurance, ideally in mechanical engineering, plant engineering, or special machine construction In-depth knowledge of relevant standards and regulations such as ISO 9001, PED, EN 378, EN 60204-1, and the Machinery Directive Experience in conducting audits and working with quality methods such as FMEA, 8D, PDCA, and root cause analyses Knowledge in the areas of pressure equipment, welding technology, manufacturing processes, and supplier quality is an advantage Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach with a high level of quality awareness Strong communication and assertiveness skills, as well as enjoyment of collaboration in interdisciplinary teams Proficient written and spoken German and English skills Willingness to undertake occasional national and international business trips What We Offer:
