Quality Representative (m/w/d)

As soon as possible, we will fill the position of Quality Representative (m/w/d) for the office of the Prenzlauer Berg Senior Foundation. Framework conditions You will work in an unlimited employment relationship in full-time (100% / 40 hours) or part-time. Your tasks include: • Developing and implementing quality management systems; • Conducting internal audits and monitoring compliance with quality standards; • Identifying and analyzing potential risks and opportunities for improvement; • Collaborating with various departments to ensure the integration of quality considerations into business processes; • Providing training and support to employees on quality-related topics; • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented measures; • Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities. Requirements You have a degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, natural sciences) and several years of professional experience in a similar role. Your skills include: • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities; • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and internal auditing processes; • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
