We are looking for a

Quality Officer (m/f/d) – Full-time (30 – 40 hours/week)

The Helsa Senior and Therapy Center impresses with its versatility. Whether in general inpatient care, short-term and respite care, dementia care, palliative care, outpatient intensive and ventilator care, our own outpatient intensive care service, as well as our practices for speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physiotherapy, combined with barrier-free assisted living. • Organization, ensuring, and monitoring of needs-based care, treatment, and support measures
• Ensuring and further developing quality management in compliance with legal provisions
• Updating and supplementing the QMH (Quality Management Handbook)
• Participation in internal & external quality audits, optimization of process flows
• Conducting care visits and audits
• Participation in and leading quality circles
• Creation of annual training plans in cooperation with the nursing management
• Cooperation with Central Quality Management
• Creation of monthly reports considering all risk areas
• Support and training of employees in carrying out nursing documentation

• You have completed vocational training in the fields of geriatric care, general and pediatric nursing, or general and child healthcare
• In addition, you have completed further training in quality management (at least 160 hours) or as a nursing manager (at least 400 hours)
• You can demonstrate several years of professional experience in full-time employment as a qualified nurse
• You inspire colleagues and contractual partners with your customer- and goal-oriented, reliable, and structured way of working
• You are communicative and demonstrate social strength in dealing with people
• Good IT user skills in Microsoft Office, ideally also knowledge of DAN
