Quality Representative (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Responsibility for all QHES topics at the site
• Further development and maintenance of IMS (ISO 9001, 50001, 45001)
• Conducting internal audits & accompanying external audits
• Preparation and maintenance of IMS documentation
• Conducting training sessions, presentations, and meetings
• Analyzing central guidelines and implementing site-specific measures
• Preparing complaint reports with the departments

Qualification

• Fundamental experience in quality management, including a suitable QM qualification (including auditor*in), desirable
• Safety in handling QM methods (FMEA, 5W, Ishikawa etc.)
• Experience in the industry and a practice-oriented view of standards
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• Structured, solution-oriented work style with high attention to detail
• Self-reliance combined with team spirit and reliability
• Ideal knowledge of labor and energy management
• Class B driver's license for site accessibility
