Your Tasks as a Quality Representative in Nursing (m/f/d)

Only through internal and external quality assurance in nursing can we ensure that we adhere to the highest standards. As a Quality Representative (m/f/d), you are particularly responsible for internal processes. Here are a few examples of internal quality assurance in nursing and thus part of your tasks:

• Accompanying internal and external audits
• Implementation of quality assurance measures within our quality management
• Close exchange with facility management and Total Quality Management
• Participation in ensuring high quality of care in compliance with legal requirements
• Shaping the nursing and care process
• Implementation of current nursing and scientific findings into daily work

What You Bring to the Job as a Quality Representative in Nursing (m/f/d)

• Completed vocational training in geriatric or health and general nursing
• Further training as a Quality Representative (m/f/d) required
