The tasks of the Quality Representative in Care (w/m/d) include: • Ensuring compliance with quality standards and guidelines; • Conducting regular audits and inspections to monitor the quality of care; • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing measures to address them; • Collaborating with other departments to ensure that quality standards are met; • Providing training and support to employees to improve their skills and knowledge; • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of quality initiatives; • Developing and implementing quality improvement plans. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field; • At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field; • Knowledge of quality standards and guidelines; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Certification in quality management (e.g. CQI) is an asset.
