Tasks

Your tasks as a Quality Representative in Nursing (m/f/d)

Only through internal and external quality assurance in nursing can we ensure that we adhere to the highest standards. As a Quality Representative (m/f/d), you are particularly responsible for internal processes. Here are a few examples of internal quality assurance in nursing and thus your tasks:

• Accompanying internal and external audits
• Implementing quality assurance measures within our quality management system
• Close exchange with facility management and Total Quality Management
• Participation in ensuring high nursing quality in compliance with legal requirements
• Co-designing the nursing and care process
• Implementing current nursing-specific and scientific findings into daily work

What you bring to the job as a Quality Representative in Nursing (m/f/d)

• Completed vocational training in elderly or general and pediatric nursing
• Further training as a Quality Representative (m/f/d) required
