Your tasks: * Acquisition of comprehensive knowledge in the field of building services and technical building equipment (TGA). * In-depth study of relevant standards, regulations, and technical guidelines (e.g., VDI, DIN, EN). * Understanding of planning, installation, and operation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), sanitary, and electrical systems. * Familiarization with energy efficiency requirements and sustainable building concepts. * Learning about inspection and testing procedures for building services. * Development of skills in assessing technical condition, identifying defects, and recommending solutions. * Acquiring competence in creating expert reports and damage assessments. * Understanding the legal framework and liability aspects of expert activities. * Participation in practical training and case studies. Your profile: * Completed technical studies (e.g., engineering in TGA, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering) or a comparable qualification. * Several years of professional experience in the planning, installation, or operation of building services. * Strong technical understanding and analytical skills. * Ability to work independently and responsibly. * Good communication and reporting skills. * German language proficiency (written and spoken).
