Qualified Conductor (m/w/d) FlixTrain

Attention: We do not offer a lateral entry or training for this position, but rather seek qualified and trained conductors for long-distance traffic.

About the role:

• Monitor the safe transportation of our passengers along the entire route
• Be a point of contact for passengers and offer excellent service on board
• Control tickets and support ticket sales in the train
• Accompany the coupling and uncoupling of wagons, as well as the shunting and positioning of the train
• Conduct independent technical inspections, such as wagon inspections and brake tests
• Shape a positive travel experience for our guests
• Sustainably improve our service and operational processes

About you:

• You have completed training as a train personnel (e.g. conductor/conductor)
• Ideal would be if you already have the qualification for brake tests and wagon inspections (refresher courses possible), and you are familiar with using PCs
• Very good German language skills, first English language skills are an advantage
• Night shift readiness: You get the opportunity to travel freely throughout Germany for professional and private purposes – Flix takes care of transportation, accommodation, and meals
