We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join a dedicated Children in Need and Child Protection team in Humberside. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children and families, working in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As part of this frontline team, you’ll:

• Undertake comprehensive assessments of children and families
• Develop and deliver tailored support and protection plans
• Lead and manage child protection and safeguarding cases
• Prepare and present reports for court and statutory reviews
• Work closely with families and partner agencies to achieve the best outcomes
• Promote safety, stability, and long-term positive change for children

What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who is:
✅ Registered with Social Work England
✅ Degree or equivalent in social work
✅ Experienced in Children in Need, Child Protection, and court work
✅ A confident decision-maker, skilled in risk assessment and crisis management
✅ An excellent communicator, able to engage children and families effectively
✅ Strong in multi-agency working and committed to best practice
✅ Minimum 4 years’ post-qualified experience in children’s services
