BADI WA SHAMS PTY LTD T/A QUANTUM MECHANIX is seeking an experienced and qualified Motor Mechanic to join our team in Fairfield East. This is a full-time position offering competitive remuneration and the opportunity to work with a dedicated team in a professional automotive environment.

Position Details

• Position: Qualified Motor Mechanic
• Employment Type: Full Time
• Location: Fairfield East, NSW
• Salary Range: $79,000 - $83,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair motor vehicles to manufacturer specifications
• Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, brake services, and suspension repairs Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and provide detailed reports
• Identify mechanical faults using diagnostic equipment and tools
• Must maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and quality requirements
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and repairs
• Maintain a clean and organise work environment

Essential Requirements

• Qualification: Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a qualified Motor Mechanic
• Valid driver's license - Light and Heavy
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team and manage the workshop
• Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Good communication skills and can do attitude
• Experience in diesel engines is must
• Air-conditioning repair and installation
