We are seeking an experienced and passionate Qualified Chef to join our talented culinary team at the Chirnside Park Country Club in the heart of Chirnside Park, Victoria. This is a full-time opportunity to work in a dynamic and vibrant hospitality environment.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare high-quality meals to delight our members and guests
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
• Ensure the kitchen operates efficiently, safely and in compliance with all food handling regulations
• Contribute to a positive and professional team culture

What we're looking for

• Formal qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience as a Chef
• Exceptional cooking skills and experience in a similar hospitality environment
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
