Job description
Responsibilities: Prepare and review cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for interior projects. Perform quantity take-off and prepare cost breakdowns for materials, labor, and equipment. Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate measurement and costing of project activities. Analyze project specifications and drawings to identify potential cost savings and value engineering opportunities. Manage and monitor project budgets and cash flows. Prepare and submit claims for payment. Develop and maintain comprehensive project records, including schedules, budgets, and financial reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate submission of project documentation. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or budgets. Provide expert advice on cost estimation and budgeting to project teams. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.
