QHSE - Functional Analyst

The QHSE Functional Analyst will work with the BESIX Group QHSE Corporate team. She/He will gain a deep understanding of the processes and applications used by the Corporate QHSE team. This responsibility includes supporting the current suite of business applications. This profile will be expected to gain a clear understanding of reporting an analytical aspect of the QHSE operations, which will include taking responsibility for the validation and quality control of the reports and dashboards. This person will also be expected to provide support for any ongoing projects within the QHSE team.

He/she reports to the Corporate QHSSE Director and will work in close collaboration with the other members of the QHSE & ICT Corporate digital team and all Senior Operational QHSE staff responsible for reporting QHSE data.

He/she will also contribute to the improvement of the company reporting process when applicable. As a secondary role, he/she will back up the BESIX Group QHSSE digital solution (OASIS) help desk as part of the QHSE digital team. The QHSE functional Analyst will look to exploit new advanced analytical techniques with solution around the domain of AI when analysing the data sets in order to bring meaningful insights to the QHSE Team.

His main daily responsibilities will include:

• Take responsibility for key data reported to support qualitative reporting.
• Ensure reliability of Monthly reporting
• Validate digital risk management processes are well implemented and intervene/advise/report improvement notice to the end users.
• Provide assistance to the OASIS end users as part of and in close cooperation with the OASIS-help team.
• Back-up of the OASIS technical support.
• Be able to deliver OASIS trainings and support for the roll-out of OASIS on projects or in Business units.
• Proactively propose improvements to the QHSSE digital tools and channel the related improvements suggested by the business / end users.
• Additional random task to support the Corporate QHSSE department administration (purchase, team events, or assisting Corporate QHSSE Director or other team members in their tasks).
