QEHS-Manager (m/w/d)

You want to build a QEHS system from scratch – instead of managing bureaucratic red tape? At ARGUS Interception, you'll be responsible for quality, environment, and safety for the production of network-based C-UAS systems – made in Germany. 2023 founded, the QEHS system starts with you.

Aufgaben

• QEHS-Managementsystem – you'll establish structures, processes, and documentation for quality, environment, and occupational safety according to ISO 9001
• Audits & Zertifizierungen – you'll plan and conduct internal audits and accompany external certification procedures
• Arbeitssicherheit & Brandschutz – you'll be responsible for risk analyses, hazard assessments, and employee training
• Vorfallanalyse – you'll investigate safety- and quality-relevant incidents, implement measures, and follow them up
• Schnittstelle nach außen – you'll be the point of contact for authorities, external auditors, insurers, and management

Qualifikation

• Studium – engineering, quality- or environmental management, or comparable qualification
• QEHS-Erfahrung – several years of experience in quality- or QEHS management, ideally in manufacturing industry
• Normensicherheit – ISO 9001 application secure, knowledge of relevant occupational safety laws
• Auditpraxis – proven experience as internal or external auditor
• Sprache – German conversationally fluent, English in writing and speaking

Über ARGUS Interception

ARGUS Interception is a 2023-founded technology company with its headquarters in Rotenburg (Wümme). With the network-based drone A1-Falke, we develop and produce minimal-invasive C-UAS systems for controlled interception of uncooperative drones – for military forces, authorities, and operators of critical infrastructure. We work in small teams with short decision-making paths and direct access to engineering and management.
