QC Manager – Aluminum Radiator Manufacturing

Job Summary: The Manager Quality Control Manager/will oversee and ensure the highest standards of quality for radiators and cooling systems supplied to the aftermarket, focusing on both passenger and commercial vehicles and Industrial applications. The role involves inspection, testing, and compliance activities, along with process improvement initiatives for radiators distributed within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and neighboring GCC countries and Exports. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in a similar role or industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all radiators meet the required quality standards, as well as identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. • Conduct regular inspections and testing of radiators to ensure they meet required quality standards. • Identify and address any non-conformities or defects in radiators, and implement corrective actions as necessary. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce costs. • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure high-quality products are delivered on time and within budget. • Provide training and guidance to team members on quality control procedures and processes. • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, such as defect rates and customer satisfaction. • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in quality control and manufacturing. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business administration. • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role or industry. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with quality control software and systems is an asset.
