QC Lab Coordinator (f/m/d)
Job description
We are a specialty vaccine company that develops, manufactures, and commercializes prophylactic vaccines for infectious diseases addressing unmet medical needs. We take a highly specialized and targeted approach, applying our deep expertise across multiple vaccine modalities, focused on providing either first-, best- or only-in-class vaccine solutions.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for specific QC systems and GMP compliance within area of responsibility
- Function as Validation Officer (Equipment, Computerized Systems)
- Lead in qualification of analytical equipment and biannual evaluations
- Act as Lab Record Responsible Person (Back-up), ensuring accurate and up-to-date record keeping
- Take ownership of job-specific SOPs within area of responsibility
- Support team during internal, regulatory and client audits and inspections, offering expertise and insights
- Preparation of GMP relevant documents (e.g. deviation reports, qualification documents, support OOS investigation)
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) within area of responsibility providing guidance and support in investigations (e.g. deviations) and troubleshooting
- Take on ad-hoc tasks, projects and additional responsibilities in our day-to-day work
- Lead in qualification of key reagents and manage a comprehensive inventory of key reagents
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's degree or equivalent level in a relevant scientific field
- A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience within a GMP laboratory environment
- Good knowledge of quality systems (i.e. GMP, GCLP)
- Good knowledge of analytical equipment qualifications (Validation Officer)
- Computer software and analysis (i.e. MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint)
- Good oral communication as well as technical writing skills in German and English
- Excellent organizational, documentation management and teamwork skills
- Proactive, accurate, reliable
- Good knowledge of quality systems

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 52.000 gross per year based on full-time employment. However our salaries are market oriented and in line with your qualifications and experience.
