QA Technician

Position: Quality Assurance (QA) Technician Date: June 2025. Education: A College Diploma (2 Years) from an accredited institution is required. Experience: 3 years of relevant experience. A fast-growing, Vaughan-based food company operating multiple brands across retail, foodservice, and manufacturing throughout the USA and Canada is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) Technician to join our team. Role Overview: This role is ideal for individuals with a strong passion for food safety, quality control, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct regular audits and inspections of production lines, storage areas, and packaging facilities to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. • Develop and implement effective quality control procedures to minimize defects and improve product quality. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. • Maintain accurate records of audits, inspections, and quality control activities. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive process improvements and reduce waste. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in food safety and quality control.
