Responsibilities: - Conduct quality control tests and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards. - Identify and report any non-conformities or deviations from established procedures. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence of defects. - Develop and maintain documentation related to quality control activities, including test plans, protocols and reports. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and improve product quality. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., chemistry, biology, pharmacy). - Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality assurance department or similar. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements.
