Scope of duties: creating detailed, well-structured test cases, covering all relevant scenarios, designing and executing functional and regression tests, assisting in maintaining product documentation: test cases, Confluence, knowledge base, contributing to improvements in QA strategy, optimization of testing methodologies and processes, defect management: investigating, reporting, and tracking them until resolution, preparing and conducting regression tests, collaborating with the development team and Product Owner in creating, maintaining, and executing tests, functional and exploratory testing of the desktop application. We are looking for someone who: places great importance on quality and attention to detail, is curious about our industry, eager to learn and explore its intricacies, is meticulous, responsible, and perfectly organized, has excellent communication skills - especially written - in Polish, can write comprehensive test cases in Polish clearly and concisely, has a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, methodologies, tools, and testing processes, has experience in test design and planning, has experience working with a test management system - the ability to create a test strategy, has at least 3 years of experience in quality assurance and manual testing, will conduct tests in our office, is ready for regular commutes to the office near Poznań. Nice to have: curiosity to work with diverse hardware and technological innovations, experience in the medical industry, experience working with certified products (ISO). driver's license category B.
