QA & Release Manager

Job Description We are seeking a QA & Release Manager Specialist to play a key role in supporting product operations, ensuring release quality, and maintaining smooth processes across our platform. This is a hands-on role combining quality assurance, issue management, release coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management. You will be working closely with product managers, developers, and client-facing teams to ensure that issues are tracked, releases are well-documented, and the platform remains stable and reliable. Your responsibilities will include: • Developing and maintaining comprehensive testing plans and test cases for new features and releases. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize defects and issues. • Coordinating release planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, and communication with stakeholders. • Ensuring timely and accurate documentation of releases, including release notes, changelogs, and technical guides. • Managing stakeholder expectations and providing regular updates on release status and timelines. • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
