QA/ QC Senior Manager, Head - FMCG Industry

Responsibilities: Lead and manage the food safety and quality team to ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations. Develop and implement food safety and quality policies, procedures, and guidelines. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to food safety protocols. Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Manage and maintain the quality management system to ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO 22000. Ensure that all quality-related activities are properly documented, recorded, and reported. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively. Identify and address training needs for the team. Manage and control budgets and resources to achieve quality objectives. Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
