QA & Performance Testing Engineering Lead (Automation) Remote Job Tasks Designing and implementing a QA architecture covering functional, regression, non-functional, performance, and AI/LLM tests Defining a consistent taxonomy of tests (unit / integration / E2E / workflow agent-based) Building and maintaining standardized, automated testing framework Integration of functional, regression, smoke, and performance tests with CI/CD Designing load models and automatic testing for scalability and reliability Developing and implementing test automation frameworks and tools to ensure efficient testing and continuous improvement Providing technical guidance and support to the team on testing methodologies and best practices Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs and requirements Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies Conducting root cause analysis of defects and identifying opportunities for process improvements Developing and maintaining documentation of testing processes and procedures Providing training and mentoring to junior engineers on testing methodologies and tools
