We are looking for a motivated and engaged QA Manager / Software Tester (all genders) in Hamburg, Berlin, Vienna, hybrid or remote.

Aufgaben

• You support our Development-Teams by ensuring that our digital products such as Apps, WebApps, and Portals meet our high quality standards.
• You test products for renowned customers like ZDF, Hochbahn or TUI Cruises on various devices and use our Bugtracking-Tool to report your results efficiently. Your meticulous work helps us continuously improve the quality of our products.
• You are responsible for creating and maintaining test documentation for Apps, Websites, Wearables, and Speech Assistants. Your documentation is the foundation for our continuous quality assurance and further development.
• You act as a central interface between Product Owner and Development-Team.
• With your deep understanding of Apps, you significantly contribute to the further development and improvement of our products.

Qualifikation

• You have a strong interest in new technologies and mobile devices, paired with an affinity for testing digital products.
• You bring relevant experience in a comparable position or activity that underpins your skills.
• You value software quality and bring experience in exploratory as well as systematic testing.
• You have a basic understanding of user guidance and -experience, as well as the concept of Wireframes on various devices, which distinguishes you in the field of User Experience.
• Your familiarity with automation tools and frameworks like Selenium, Appium or WebDriver underscores your technical expertise.
• You are familiar with *.xml and *.json and can work with them confidently as input- or output format.
• You speak fluent German and have good English skills.
