QA Manager

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QA Manager to join our client's team in Rustenburg. In this key role, you will oversee the quality assurance processes, ensuring that products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing or food production and will be adept at implementing quality management systems. Key Responsibilities: Establish, document, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Food Safety Management System (FSMS) that meets the requirements of the relevant international standards, such as ISO 22000. This includes developing and maintaining procedures for monitoring and controlling the quality of products, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting audits and inspections to ensure that the quality management system is effective and that the products meet the required standards. You will also be required to identify and implement corrective actions to address any non-conformities or deviations from the quality management system. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as quality assurance, food science, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in the food or manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of food safety and quality management principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
