QA Manager – Customer Audits & Compliance

1. Position Overview The QA Manager will lead the Quality Assurance function with primary responsibility for planning, conducting, and closing out customer, regulatory, and third-party audits across Aerospace, Automotive, Defence, and other critical industry segments. The incumbent will be the custodian of the Quality Management System (QMS), drive compliance with AS9100, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and AS9145 (APQP/PPAP), and ensure that all quality documentation, records, and processes meet the standards required by these certifications. The QA Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that all audits are conducted in accordance with the relevant industry standards and regulations. 2. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the Quality Assurance function and manage a team of quality professionals to ensure compliance with AS9100, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and AS9145 (APQP/PPAP). * Plan, conduct, and close out customer, regulatory, and third-party audits across Aerospace, Automotive, Defence, and other critical industry segments. * Ensure that all quality documentation, records, and processes meet the standards required by these certifications. * Develop and maintain a comprehensive audit program to ensure compliance with AS9100, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and AS9145 (APQP/PPAP). * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the overall quality of our products and services. 3. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Quality Assurance, Engineering, or Business Administration. * Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in the Aerospace, Automotive, Defence, or other critical industry segments. * Strong understanding of AS9100, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and AS9145 (APQP/PPAP) certifications and their application to quality management systems. * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. 4.
