Job description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic QA Lead to oversee our quality assurance team and drive end-to-end testing strategies. The ideal candidate will lead QA planning, manage test execution, mentor team members, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. RequirementsKey Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers.

  • Define QA strategy, test plans, and testing processes for projects.

  • Coordinate with development, product, and project teams for requirement understanding.

  • Design and manage test cases, test data, test scripts, and automation frameworks.

  • Ensure timely delivery of test cycles (functional, regression, integration, UAT).

  • Review and approve test cases, test reports, and defect analysis.

  • Implement automation best practices and increase automation coverage.

  • Conduct root cause analysis and ensure process improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with QA standards, guidelines, and documentation requirements.

  • Prepare detailed quality metrics and present reports to management.

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in manual and automation testing.

  • Experience with tools like Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, Postman, JMeter, etc.

  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
