About Position: We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to drive quality assurance initiatives across data-centric applications. The role involves leading manual, database, and automation testing efforts while ensuring high-quality delivery in an Agile environment. Role: QA Lead Location: Pune / Gurugram Experience: 10 to 15 years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Create and execute test cases based on business and technical requirements. Lead manual testing, ETL testing, and data validation activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing efforts. Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases. Ensure high-quality delivery of software products in an Agile environment. What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a QA Lead or similar role. Strong understanding of software development life cycles, including Agile methodologies. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with testing tools and technologies such as Selenium, Appium, JIRA, and TestRail. Knowledge of database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle. Familiarity with cloud-based platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
