Information about the project: Industry: banking Rate: we’re open for your suggestions Location: Cracow - hybrid Introduction & Summary: The Senior QA Engineer / QA Lead will play a critical role in the modernization of multiple .NET applications and MSSQL databases, transitioning them to a modular, cloud-native Azure architecture. The ideal candidate will possess strong test automation skills, particularly in Playwright or Selenium, and a thorough understanding of quality assurance practices. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned QA professional to lead a team of testers and engineers in delivering high-quality software solutions. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining automated tests using Playwright or Selenium • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs • Designing and implementing test plans, test cases, and test data • Conducting exploratory testing and identifying defects • Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in software testing, preferably in a lead or senior role • Strong understanding of .NET applications and MSSQL databases • Experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright or Selenium • Knowledge of Azure architecture and cloud-native development • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
