Job description
Proven experience as a QA Lead, Test Lead, or Senior QA with leadership responsibilities Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, processes, and best practices Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing (UI and API) Practical knowledge of test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, RestAssured, or similar Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and quality gates Experience with test management and defect tracking Experience with test planning, test case development, and test execution Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Ability to lead and motivate a team of testers Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Ability to work in a global environment and collaborate with distributed teams
