Tasks

• You develop, optimize, and maintain enterprise-wide quality standards - with a focus on applications based on Java, C#, and Python. This ensures reliable, efficient, and secure software development.
• You design and implement effective test procedures and concepts.
• You analyze, document, and correct quality defects – from cause analysis to sustainable correction.
• You identify training needs and set up company-wide training programs for QA methods and tools.
• You work closely with internal teams to understand system and software requirements and make them testable.

Qualification

• A completed degree or apprenticeship in the field of software development/software testing.
• Fundamental expertise in QA methods, test tools, and modern test practices.
• You reliably identify bugs and prioritize risks – including security aspects.
• You explain findings clearly and work collaboratively with development, product owners, PMs, and business analysts.
• You are strong in time management and multitasking; open to new tools and state-of-the-art approaches in testing.
• Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
