QA Engineer (Mid/Senior)

We are looking for a QA Engineer mid or senior who can join our dynamic team that develops in-house applications used internally and by our clients. We work in the Trust Service Provider zone, with QES certificates, related services, authorized electronic archives with LTP.

We are looking for someone who can efficiently test backend, frontend, microservices, and API applications and contribute actively to improving the quality of our products.

Necessary experience:
- Previous experience as a QA Engineer (mid or senior), preferably in environments with enterprise applications or services with high security requirements.
- Understanding of ISTQB concepts (not necessarily certified, but it's a plus).

Tech skills:
- Solid knowledge of Python (for automation and scripting).
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver. Experience in testing REST API (Postman, curl, negative/positive testing, payload validation).
- SQL Server - complex queries, debugging, data validation. Experience with Docker, Docker Swarm, images, registry, container networking.
- Good knowledge of Linux (RedHat, CentOS): shell commands, process monitoring, logs, permissions, troubleshooting.
- Understanding of microservices architectures and communication between services.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and pipeline build platforms, GitLab CI, Jenkins or other platforms).

Additional Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience with digital certificates, PKI, smartcards, applied cryptography, or any similar system.
- Experience with messaging (RabbitMQ) and distributed cache (Redis).
- Knowledge about monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus) for investigating problems. Experience with testing applications that run in HA environments and clustered settings.

- Manual and automated testing for internally developed applications (frontend, backend, REST API). Defining, documenting, and executing scenarios and test cases.
- Developing and maintaining automated tests using Python and Selenium.
- Investigating and analyzing defects through logs, technical debugging, and root-cause analysis.
- Validating end-to-end system functionality and ensuring quality at various stages of the development cycle.
- Close collaboration with development teams, DevOps, operations, and sales for reproducing and clarifying reported user or client issues.
- Participation in the release process and testing deliveries in containerized environments (Docker, Docker Swarm).
- Integration into CI/CD processes (entry-level), monitoring pipelines, and investigating automated test behavior.
- Active contribution to improving testing processes and increasing test coverage.
