1. POSITION: METAL FABRICATOR - FULL TIME

Salary: $33 - $40 per hour

About the Role:

The Metal Fabricator is responsible for the creation, assembly, and repair of metal products and structures. This role requires a skilled craftsman proficient in various metalworking techniques, including cutting, bending, and welding, to produce high-quality components according to design specifications. The Metal Fabricator plays a critical role in ensuring the structural integrity and precision of fabricated metal products.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine the required materials and fabrication processes.
  • Cut, shape, and bend metal pieces using hand tools, power tools, and metalworking machinery such as shears, brakes, and saws.
  • Assemble metal components into structures or sub-assemblies with accuracy.
  • Perform MIG, TIG, and arc welding to join metal parts.
  • Inspect welds and make necessary repairs or adjustments.
  • Select suitable materials based on project needs.
  • Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, deburring, and sanding.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and tolerances.
  • Identify and correct defects throughout the fabrication process.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Metal Fabricator or in a similar role within the manufacturing or metalworking industry.
  • Experience with various metal fabrication techniques and equipment.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

Salary: $32 - $40 per hour

The Plumber is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. This role requires a skilled professional who can handle a variety of plumbing tasks, ensuring systems operate efficiently and meet all relevant codes and standards. The Plumber plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and functionality of plumbing systems.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and appliances.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and building specifications to map out plumbing systems and ensure proper installation.
  • Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify and resolve issues before they become major problems.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on plumbing fixtures and systems to extend their lifespan and efficiency.
  • Diagnose plumbing problems using specialized tools and equipment, such as video inspection systems and pressure gauges.
  • Provide effective solutions and repair methods for various plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe breaks.
  • Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and standards.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

  • Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role within the plumbing industry.

3. POSITION: TRUCK DRIVER - FULL TIME

Salary: $32 - $36 per hour

This role requires a dependable individual with a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and excellent customer service. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for operating heavy-duty vehicles over various distances, adhering to traffic laws, and maintaining accurate delivery records.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate and drive trucks to transport goods and materials to designated locations.
  • Plan and follow efficient routes to meet delivery schedules and deadlines.
  • Load and unload cargo, ensuring it is securely fastened to prevent damage during transit.
  • Confirm the contents of each load against shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure safe driving practices.
  • Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to the Fleet Manager immediately.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs of working hours, mileage, and vehicle inspections in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork related to deliveries and pick-ups, such as bills of lading and delivery receipts.

Skills and Experience:

  • Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with the appropriate endorsements.
  • Proven experience as a Truck Driver with a clean driving record.
  • Familiarity with GPS devices and mapping software to plan routes.
  • Experience with loading and unloading cargo is preferred.
  • Excellent driving skills with a strong understanding of road safety regulations.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and adhere to delivery schedules.
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Good communication skills to interact with dispatchers, customers, and team members.

4. POSITION: WELDER - FULL TIME

Salary: $32 - $40 per hour

About the Role:

Fabricates, cuts, shapes, joins and repairs components of iron, steel and other metal structures, boilers, pressure vessels and pipes, ships and other vessels. Performs welding operations using MIG, TIG, arc, or other welding processes as required by the project.
