Overview of the role: We are looking for Python Tech Leads to join our Development team and participate in different projects made up of multicultural teams distributed throughout the world. We are looking for proactive people, team players passionate about technology and with strong problem-solving skills. As a Python Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative solutions using Python, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior developers. You will also have the opportunity to work on various projects, from data analysis to machine learning, and contribute to the growth of our Development team. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Python; • Strong understanding of Python programming language and its ecosystem; • Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git; • Excellent communication and leadership skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team; • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
