Python Production Support (MongoDB)

JD Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced L3 Support Engineer to join our team, specializing in Python-based applications and MongoDB databases. The ideal candidate will provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure system reliability and performance. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues related to Python applications and MongoDB databases. - Diagnose, analyze, and resolve production-level problems in a timely manner. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development, Operations, and Quality Assurance, to identify and address root causes of issues. - Develop and maintain knowledge of Python-based applications, MongoDB databases, and related technologies. - Provide expert-level technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders. - Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Python, MongoDB, and relevant technologies. - Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed. - Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and knowledge gained during troubleshooting. - Develop and maintain documentation of best practices, procedures, and technical guides related to Python-based applications and MongoDB databases.
