Python/ Machine Learning Engineer (Regular/Senior) @ VirtusLab

What we expect in general Strong experience in writing high-quality Python code and deploying production-level projects. Proactiveness and a strong sense of ownership, taking full responsibility of project outcomes. Significant experience in Data Engineering, specifically with PySpark, data quality monitoring and workflow orchestration. Proficiency in Azure (or equivalent cloud providers) and hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code principles. Robust DevOps mindset with practical experience in containerization using Docker and Kubernetes. Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and ability to apply them to real-world problems. Experience working with large datasets, data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment. Familiarity with popular machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicate technical ideas clearly, and adapt to changing project requirements. Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to learn from failures.
