Python Developer

We are a privately owned IT company based in Berlin, developing tailored software solutions for the financial and real estate industries. Our portfolio includes a wide range of challenging projects – from agile MVP developments to complex enterprise solutions. As we expand our team, we are looking for an engaged developer (m/w/d) who is eager to take technical responsibility and actively shape our projects.

Tasks

• Software Development: Active participation in the architecture and implementation of web projects within the Python/Django environment.
• Process Optimization: Support for structuring workflows, documentation, and testing processes.
• Full-Stack Responsibility: Independent development of backend logics and modern frontends within our project landscape.
• KI Workflow: Implementation and continuous optimization of a KI-based development process to increase efficiency and code quality.
• Innovation: Evaluation and introduction of new technologies for scaling our systems.

Qualification

• Tech-Stack: You possess at least 5 years of fundamental professional experience in development with Python and the Django framework.
• Web Technologies: Secure handling of Javascript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Infrastructure: Experience with Docker, GitLab, and administration of Linux environments.
• AI-First Mindset: You master tools like Cursor, Claude or Codex and use these as a fixed part of your workflow.
• Workstyle: You work independently, solution-oriented, and have the claim to build technically clean and scalable solutions.
• Optional: Knowledge in Vue.js, React or Angular is welcome.

Benefits

• Remote-First: Work 95% remotely – with occasional meetings at our Berlin location.
• Moderne Hardware & Tooling: We provide the tools you love. The costs for leading KI development tools are covered by us.
• Mitgestaltung: Flat hierarchies and the opportunity to directly influence technical decisions.
• Flexibilität: Trust-based working hours that adapt to your life.
• Spannende Branchen: Work on projects with real impact in the financial and real estate world.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us. If you don't like rigid corporate structures, but rather prefer to work directly on the product, we look forward to your message! A brief overview of your previous projects is sufficient for our first step.
