Python - Django Developer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Backend Engineer with a strong foundation in Python, Flask, Fast API , RESTful API design , Authentication frameworks , and SQL/Database technologies . The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader capable of driving backend architecture, mentoring team members, and contributing as an individual contributor to deliver scalable and secure backend solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust backendsolutions; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements; Develop and implement RESTful APIs using Python, Django, and relevant frameworks; Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of backend systems; Mentor junior engineers and contribute as an individual contributor to deliver high-quality solutions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; 5+ years of experience in developing scalable and secure backendsolutions with Python, Django, Flask, Fast API , RESTful API design , Authentication frameworks , and SQL/Database technologies ; Strong understanding of software development life cycles, including Agile methodologies; Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex issues; Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Azure; Familiarity with containerization using Docker; Strong communication and collaboration skills.
