B2 level NICE-TO-HAVE: NoSQL databases (Elasticsearch, Redis) Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 standards JavaScript About the project (goal, schedule, team) We are looking for an experienced Python Backend Developer for the development and maintenance of modern applications based on a microservices architecture. The person in this position will be responsible for designing and implementing new functionalities, developing REST API, integrating with external systems, and optimizing application performance. The project uses Python technologies (Django/FastAPI/Flask), relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD solutions. An important element of the work is co-creating the system architecture, participating in code reviews, creating automated tests, and ensuring code quality and security in accordance with best practices (SOLID, DRY, KISS, OWASP). On a daily basis, you will cooperate with the Scrum team, participate in work planning, business requirements analysis, and support less experienced programmers through mentoring and knowledge sharing. Responsibilities of the position: Design, implementation, and maintenance of backend applications in Python. Participation in system architecture design and technical solutions analysis. Proposing and implementing solutions for technical and business problems. Implementation of automated tests. Participation in code reviews. Ensuring code readability, performance, and security. Design and implementation of database solutions (SQL). Preparation and maintenance of Docker and Kubernetes configurations. Integration of applications with external systems (REST API, queueing systems). Participation in Scrum team work (estimation, planning, backlog). Preparation and updating of technical and architectural documentation. Cooperation with the team in requirements analysis and change implementation. Technical support for the team and mentoring junior programmers. Identification of technical risks and proposing ways to mitigate them. Optimization of backend application performance.
