PV | Full Analyst of Product Operations
Job description
- Health of Operation: Analyze data and create operational indicators with a focus on efficiency to improve performance operations of Pix and Openfinance, mitigating failures and exploring improvements through failure/insuccess/refund reasons
- Regulatory Governance: Analyze and interpret received regulations (Bacen, Sefaz and other organs) to measure the impact on the operation of products/services provided by Pagueveloz
- Facilitate communication between involved areas in product development and operation (Customer Service, Commercial, Operations, Products, Technology, Risks, Finance), seeking efficiency and mapping process pains.
- Follow up Issues, create and update documentation of processes and operational flows
