• Visual leadership of brands on Social Media – from the development of the Social Identity to the implementation in Stills, Video, and Motion
• Conception and realization of creative, platform-appropriate ideas for campaigns and always-on
• Creative management and implementation of productions – from quick, pragmatic Social formats to more elaborate TVC accompaniments
• Development of Social Media Guides and Template Kits for efficient and scalable content production
• Quality assurance and further development of existing design and production standards
• Mentoring and professional development of Junior Content Creators

Whether stills or videos – you can present and implement your visions hands-on. You proactively find solutions, independently lead projects to completion, and work closely with your team.

• Several years of professional experience in the creative and social media environment – ideally in the agency world
• Strong sense for brands, culture, social media trends, visual communication, and platform-specific content
• Confident handling of common design, editing, and content tools – including professional graphics tools beyond Canva
• Experience in collaborating with influencers and managing creators
• Experience in planning and implementing content productions
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach to work and the ambition to drive things forward independently
• Team player mentality with a desire to share knowledge and develop others on your own initiative
